pHo.

12 May

Recently had my first bowl of pho in tw.. the restaurant is called “good pho you” or maybe thats their slogan..

fried spring rolls: were really good- thin crispy skin.

phO: the soup base was a bit bland, i ordered rare steak +brisket pho. for me,  it need alot of lime and siracha and brown sauce to do the trick, but the ingerdients- noodles, meat, basil and bean sprouts were all there. i think the taiwanese eat lighter than americans..  right?

before i added a ton of accoutrements.

*a plus to the lighter soup- you dont smell as you do after you have pho in the states.

i’d def go back again.. but i’d still load up the pho.

dim sum.
